General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
The following GTC apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
For entrepreneurs, the following applies: If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby objected to; they shall only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Luen216.clothing Canluca Kara.
By posting the products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially add our products to the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive confirmation via email.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login area.
4. Delivery Conditions
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated product prices. Further details regarding any applicable shipping costs can be found with the offers.
We only deliver via shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
5. Payment
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you:
SEPA Direct Debit
By placing the order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you about the date of the account debit at least one banking business day in advance (so-called pre-notification). A banking business day is any working day except Saturdays, nationwide public holidays, as well as December 24th and 31st of each year. The account will be debited before the goods are shipped.
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer additional payment methods in the customer account to registered and selected PayPal customers according to their own criteria. However, we have no influence on the offering of these methods; any other individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.
Sofort by Klarna
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, authenticate yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), you must be registered with Google, have the Google Pay function enabled, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (“Apple”), you must use the “Safari” browser, be registered with Apple, have the Apple Pay function enabled, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

In cooperation with the payment service provider paydirekt GmbH, Stephanstr. 14-16, 60313 Frankfurt a. M (“giropay” or “paydirekt”), we offer the payment methods giropay and paydirekt.

To pay the invoice amount via giropay, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, authenticate yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Amazon Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Amazon Payments Europe S.C.A. 38 avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg (“Amazon”), you must be registered with Amazon, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out within one banking business day after the order is placed. A banking business day is any working day except Saturdays, nationwide public holidays, as well as December 24th and 31st of each year. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available for consumers. Unless otherwise stipulated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. You will receive further instructions with the respective payment option and during the ordering process.
Klarna Credit Card
During the ordering process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged by Klarna immediately after the order is placed. An address and credit check does not take place.
Klarna Direct Debit
You grant Klarna a SEPA direct debit mandate. Klarna will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called pre-notification). The account will be charged after the goods are shipped.
Cash on Pickup
You pay the invoice amount in cash upon pickup.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the cancellation policy. No voluntary right of withdrawal is granted to entrepreneurs.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
For entrepreneurs, the following applies additionally: We reserve title to the goods until all claims from an ongoing business relationship have been settled in full. You may resell the reserved goods in the ordinary course of business; you hereby assign to us in advance all claims arising from this resale – regardless of any combination or mixing of the reserved goods with a new item – in the amount of the invoice, and we accept this assignment. You remain authorized to collect the claims, but we may also collect claims ourselves if you fail to meet your payment obligations. We will release the securities to which we are entitled at your request to the extent that the realizable value of the securities exceeds the value of the outstanding claims by more than 10%.
8. Transport Damage
For consumers, the following applies: If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
For entrepreneurs, the following applies: The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to you as soon as we have delivered the item to the forwarding agent, the carrier, or the person or institution otherwise designated to carry out the shipment.
9. Warranty and Guarantees
9.1 Right of Liability for Defects
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory right of liability for defects applies.
The following restrictions and shortened periods do not apply to claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents
- in the event of injury to life, limb, or health
- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty as well as malice
- in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
- within the scope of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or
- as far as the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened.
Restrictions for Entrepreneurs
For entrepreneurs, only our own information and the manufacturer's product descriptions included in the contract apply as an agreement on the quality of the goods; we assume no liability for public statements by the manufacturer or other advertising statements. For entrepreneurs, the limitation period for claims for defects in newly manufactured goods is one year from the transfer of risk.
The statutory limitation periods for the right of recourse according to § 445a BGB remain unaffected.
Provisions for Merchants
Among merchants, the obligation to inspect and notify defects regulated in § 377 HGB applies. If you fail to provide the notification regulated therein, the goods shall be deemed approved, unless it is a defect that was not recognizable during the inspection. This does not apply if we have maliciously concealed a defect.
9.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information on any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
10. Liability
We are always fully liable for claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents
- in the event of injury to life, limb, or health,
- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- in the event of guarantee promises, if agreed, or
- as far as the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) through slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, liability is limited in amount to the foreseeable damage at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
